SEME TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is a limited company registered to operate in Tanzania Mainland with registration number: 189940807, with its principal office at Wazo, Kinondoni in Dar es Salaam, which operates plusx.co.tz, a B2C ecommerce service, to connect customers across Tanzania with authentic, youth-made products. We go beyond transactions, we curate, verify, and deliver quality while amplifying young entrepreneurs and local creativity.

We strive to make your shopping experience smooth and secure. This Payment Policy explains how payments are accepted and processed on our platform.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, Halopesa, Azampay, etc.)
Bank Transfers (local and international, where applicable)
Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations (where available)

2. Currency

All transactions are processed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
For international customers, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.

3. Payment Timing

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated (e.g., Cash on Delivery).
Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

4. Security

We use secure payment gateways and encryption to protect your financial information.
PlusX Store does not store full credit/debit card details on our servers.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for selected areas only.
Customers must pay the exact amount upon delivery. Delivery agents may not carry change.
Refusal to pay may result in cancellation of future COD privileges.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check with your bank or mobile money provider.
Orders with failed payments will not be processed and may be automatically canceled.

7. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent.
Additional verification may be required for high-value orders.

8. Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
